Probably the best customer service I’ve experienced. We recently moved to Tasmania from a warmer climate and I needed to buy appropriate hiking clothing for me and my partner. The guy probably took an hour of his time answering all my questions and showing what layers etc. we need in Tassie for the hikes we are planning on doing.
